Definitions:
Seller refers to the website owner or the person/company receiving the purchase order.
In these terms, Sanam Store is the Seller.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
In these terms, the customer is the Buyer.
Goods or Services refers to the product(s) or service(s) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller.
Payment:
All payments are due upon completion of the order.
If payment is not received, or if the payment method is declined, the order will not be confirmed and no items will be shipped.
The only exception is Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, the order will be dispatched, but the products will only be delivered or handed over once payment is received.
If payment is not completed, the Buyer forfeits ownership of the ordered items.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping charges are paid by the Buyer and are calculated by the Seller at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the Buyer’s delivery location.
Refund and Return Policy:
According to the implementation regulations of Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014 – Chapter Six: Product Replacement and Return Regulations – Rule 24:
“The customer has the right to replace products or return them and receive a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, unless an exception is announced by the seller or the product is known to have a longer grace period.”
According to Rule 25 of the same regulations:
- “The customer has no right to request a replacement or return in the following cases: If the customer was aware of the problem or defect in the product before purchase, and this was recorded in the invoice, and the customer accepted the product in that condition.
- If the nature of the product or its packaging prevents it from being replaced or returned in a way that makes it impossible to resell, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or problem that differs from its normal condition.”

Cancellation:
An order may be cancelled only before it has been dispatched for delivery.
Complaints:
Any complaints regarding products, services, or the Seller should be submitted to our support team.

Each complaint will be reviewed individually, and the Seller will contact the Buyer regarding the case. However, a resolution is not guaranteed.
Legal Terms:
The Seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns after the Buyer has received the goods or services.
If any harm or damage occurs from the use of items purchased by the Buyer, the Seller accepts no responsibility.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from any purchase made through this website shall be subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait.
